July 16, 2020
To Our Residents and Family Members:
As of Thursday, July 16, 2020, both 9th and 11th Street Chautauqua Guest Homes continue to have no active cases of COVID-19. The facilities continue with increased monitoring of all residents/tenants and screening of all individuals entering and exiting the facilities.
We have been informed today that there was a positive case at our Riverside Senior Living facility. This case is currently isolated to Riverside and they are conducting further testing of tenants and staff members.
The facilities continue to be in Phase 1 of the reopening plan. We are in the process of arranging to allow outdoor visits and when these plans are finalized, we will be sending out information to you. We will be following the direction of Public Health and the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals as we make advances in this process. We continue to monitor the case counts in Floyd County to guide any final decisions as we move forward in any progression towards reopening.
We would like to thank you for all of your support and understanding as we continue through these unprecedented times. If you have any questions or concerns, you are encouraged to contact the facilities. Please continue to check the facility website at chautauquaguesthomes.com and Facebook for updates as well.
